Baihao Silver Needle Yin Zhen

This premium Baihao Silver Needle Yin Zhen white tea is made from a specific cultivar grown in Fuding, in the Fujian Province. Fuding is the original home of white tea production. Bai Hao is the first tea plucked by hand in spring, buds only, and left to wither and dry naturally in the sun. As with other first harvest teas, there is a unique quality to the flavour profile as a result of the bushes resting throughout the winter and slowly gathering nutrients. The infusion presents a beautiful floral aroma, a deeply nourishing verdant flavour (that’s all the goodness!), and a citrus hint on the palate. The aftertaste is delicate sweet and fresh.
